Virtual Folders are REAL!

    • For our fourth consecutive year, we are excited to be saving trees…
    • At the conference itself, you will be receiving the day’s schedule, an evaluation, and an SCBWI folder. If you purchased a written critique or a dialogue critique, your SCBWI Gold Form Evaluation will be included in your folder.

There will be an option on the registration form to purchase a fully printed out folder, the cost will be $5.00

 

Lunch

When you register, you will be asked to choose a box lunch from the selections below. All lunches come with chips or pretzels, a cookie and a drink.

1.    Turkey Sandwich

2.    Tuna Sandwich

3.    Roasted Vegetable Wrap

4.    Chef’s Salad with fruit cup (this is gluten/peanut free but does contain meat)

If you are looking for additional nibbles, there are vending machines at the Wojcik Center and there will be snacks at the end of the day during the Mix n’ Mingle. Note that coffee, tea, and water will be available all day.

 

Lunchtime Socials

During lunch, various areas of the Wojcik Center will be designated as Social Spots for attendees to meet and eat with others with similar goals. Areas are planned for PAL members, Illustrators, those interested in promoting Diversity in SCBWI and publishing, and those interested in getting involved with the Prairie Wind. Locations will be posted at the conference when you arrive.
